This API License Agreement ("Agreement") governs access to and use of the LO3.DEV Application Programming Interfaces ("APIs"), software development tools, artificial intelligence services, agent framework, and related infrastructure provided by Hyarch Development LLC ("LO3.DEV", "we", "our", or "us").
By obtaining or using an API key, SDK, endpoint, webhook, or other developer resource, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
Subject to compliance with this Agreement, LO3.DEV grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the LO3.DEV APIs solely for developing applications and services that interact with the LO3.DEV platform.
No ownership rights are transferred under this Agreement.
All APIs, SDKs, documentation, software, artificial intelligence models, computer vision systems, autonomous agent technologies, source code, databases, algorithms, trademarks, logos, branding, documentation, and related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Hyarch Development LLC.
This Agreement grants only a limited right to access the APIs and does not transfer any ownership interest.
Each API key is unique to the account that generated it and must be kept confidential.
API keys may not be shared, transferred, sold, sublicensed, or made publicly available.
You are responsible for all activity performed using your API credentials.
The LO3.DEV APIs may be used to build software that integrates with approved LO3.DEV services including artificial intelligence, conversational models, computer vision, autonomous agents, workflow automation, and future platform capabilities.
Applications must comply with all applicable laws and the LO3.DEV Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
You may not:
API access may be subject to request limits, bandwidth limits, token limits, concurrency limits, and subscription quotas.
Hyarch Development LLC reserves the right to modify rate limits at any time to maintain platform stability and service quality.
LO3.DEV continually improves its infrastructure.
API endpoints, models, features, authentication methods, request formats, and response structures may change without prior notice.
Although we strive for continuous availability, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.
AI-generated responses are produced automatically and may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or unexpected results.
Developers remain solely responsible for validating AI-generated content before relying upon it in production environments.
Unless otherwise restricted by your subscription or a separate written agreement, commercial applications may integrate the LO3.DEV APIs.
Commercial use does not transfer ownership of any LO3.DEV intellectual property.
LO3.DEV may monitor API usage for operational, security, billing, abuse prevention, diagnostics, and performance purposes.
Monitoring is performed to maintain platform reliability and protect all customers.
Hyarch Development LLC may suspend, throttle, revoke, or permanently terminate API access for violations of this Agreement, abuse, security risks, fraudulent activity, excessive resource consumption, or unlawful use.
Nothing in this Agreement grants permission to copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit proprietary LO3.DEV software except as expressly authorized.
The APIs are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Hyarch Development LLC disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hyarch Development LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of the LO3.DEV APIs, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, business interruption, or data loss.
Hyarch Development LLC reserves the right to modify this API License Agreement at any time.
Continued use of the APIs following publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
