All software, source code, APIs, documentation, graphics, trademarks, branding, logos, AI models, workflows, and proprietary technologies made available through LO3.DEV remain the exclusive property of Hyarch Development LLC unless otherwise stated.

LO3.DEV continually improves its services. Features, APIs, models, pricing, and availability may change without notice.
Although reasonable efforts are made to maintain high availability, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hyarch Development LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of LO3.DEV, including but not limited to lost profits, trading losses, business interruption, or loss of data.
LO3.DEV may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, threaten platform security, engage in abusive activity, or fail to comply with applicable laws.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located within Michigan.
